Room Setup

The following recommendations are made to achieve the highest "Audience Potential Index" possible.

Good - Banquet Style, Round Tables

Better - Theatre Style

Best - Banquet Style, Long Tables

(Long tables should run perpendicular to the presenter, with people seated on both sides.)

The closer the audience is seated together, the more responsive they will be.

Lighting - Room should be as bright as possible.

Platform - Open with small table to hold materials for presentation, and easy access to audience.

Temperature - The optimum temperature for an alert audience is between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
